I don't think it's mainstream. It's just that the majority doesn't care and doesn't vote. One lesson from history is that hatred does not require a majority to take hold. Hitler was never elected by a majority of Germans. Democracies are weakened when the majority stays silent and looks away.

Pat, this is one of the best pieces,I have ever read about the refusal to be sucked into the vortex of Jew hatred and how the Left has identified self determination of the Jewish people with the antithesis of social justice. Please continue your excellent analyses.
