The poor pitiful Palestinians are just cannon fodder for their bosses. They have had their personal agency removed and replaced with hate. Having their “reality “ so blatantly manipulated has to have consequences.

Pat Johnson - I always hoped that Yitzchak Rabin could have had a chance at getting to an agreement, specifically because the Israelis trusted him, as the great general. A man of strength and principle. Sad we'll never know. What do you think? Could he have had a chance?

Thanks Sharon! True, and tragically, we will never know. THe bottom line is, there never was a true partner on the other side. Could Rabin have convinced Arafat? We can only imagine.

"A true partner": yes, if only.

I just read about- oh, what is his name, an Arab Israeli who lives in East Jerusalem, works for either a Jewish organization, or the government, who is the straightest-talking guy. He supports Zionism and is extremely well-spoken, at least in the article I just read. A brave man, I think. If only we could clone him, make them elementary school teachers, and then peace (or lack of hostilities) could have a chance.
