Brilliant, cogent summary of the essence of the Palestinian dilemma, contrasting it with the essence of the success that's been driven by the aspiration of Zionism. Thank you, Pat!

WADR, I'm not so sure the self-styled 'Palestinians' are lacking in hope. Their problem is that they entertain the WRONG KIND of hope: the hope of erasing the Jewish state.

That has become, over the decades, their very raison d'être. (Oct 7 was a mirror, by no means an aberration.)

And the world, in various ways, perennially & persistently INDULGES them in this vile fantasy.

Unless (and until) they are prepared to abandon their dream of cancelling the 'detestable' al-Yahud, life isn't going to improve for them --- because false hope leaves NO ROOM for the real article.

That's the look of things from out here in the bleacher seats.

This is excellent Pat. But not only would Harvey be in danger in today’s “Palestine” he’d be in only slightly less danger for being a Jew in the modern organized LGBT movement, which is rife with anti-Semitism and anti white racism which could only be quenched if Harvey completely de-Jewed himself and rejected everything Israel and Zionist. Today’s version of Dan White would shoot him less for being gay than being a ‘genocide’ supporter and Jewish and Cis ‘priviledge’.

Palestinianism has destroyed hope on both sides.
