First, everyone should read the Wikipedia entry for “Gaza Airport” and ask themselves what became of that shining symbol of a new start for the people of Gaza. Exactly why did President Clinton’s dream of 1999 die?
Second, while I cherish protest as a political tool I don’t think university property seizures are ever legitimate and students should perhaps be made formally, upon matriculation, to eschew them.
